It is used as a primer on the exterior of buildings, especially on surfaces with high water absorbency,
to increase adherence and water-repellent properties under silicone-added paint
and coating materials, and to reduce the consumption of topcoat paint and coating material.
• Cement based plasters,
• Exposed concrete (Primed with Fenix Super Exposed Concrete),
• Gas concrete (Primed with Fenix Super Exposed Concrete),
• Old surfaces.
•Not applicable on wet and moisturized surfaces.
• Fenix Super Primer should be thinned with water at a rate of 5/1 (primer/water) and stirred with a pelt roller until it gets homogeneous and applied as single coat.
• Last coat application should be done 12 hours after priming.
