It is applied underneath the ceramic. It is used as an insulation material on exterior,
underneath the paint and coatings.

Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable.
Surface defects needs to be fixed with Fenix Repairing Mortar 24 hours before
“Izodek Two Compound Fully Elastic Sliding Isolation” application.
Multi porous surfaces such as exposed concrete and cement based plaster should be
wetted and waited until the water layer is gone so that the surface remains moist.
Not applicable on wooden, chipboard plywood and metal surfaces.
Not applicable against negative water pressure.
It should not be left bare under direct sunlight.
Appliable layer number: 2-3 layer.
Duration of mortar’s usability: 3 hours max.
Time to wait between layers: apprx. 5 hours.
Time to wait for applying ceramic over: 1-2 days.
Time to wait for filling of water tanks: 7 days minimum.
Full drying time: 48 hours.
Duration of gaining mechanic strength: 2 days.
Duration of becoming water impermeable: 7 days.
25 kg’s of dust compound should be mixed with 10 kg’s of liquid compound.
It should be mixed with a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes
until it gets homogeneous.
Mixture should be mixed again after resting for 2 minutes.
Izodek Two Compound Fully Elastic Sliding Isolation should be applied to the surface
for double layers with brush or a trowel. Every layer should be made vertically to
another.
5 hours should be waited minimum between layers.
Drinking water tanks should be disinfected with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution at
least 7 days after the application and washed with drinking water, then filled with
water. This procedure should be done at least once in a year.
Identified durations are valid in 20 °C floor or environment temperatures, in low
temperatures duration will be longer, in high temperatures duration will be shorter.

Environment temperature: between +5 °C and +30 °C.
It should not be applied under hot or moist weather conditions
It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours,
frozen and melting.
Water should not be added for the mixture, only applicable with its own liquid.
Foreign materials should not be added.
Surfaces with “Izodek Two Component Fully Elastic Sliding Insulation” should be protected
from direct sunlight, air currents and frost for 3 days. Surface should be
soaked if necessary.
Ceramic protective layer should be applied over “Izodek Two Component Fully Elastic
Sliding Insulation” to prevent mechanic impacts.
Ceramic etc. coating applications should not be applied if before 3 days of “Izodek Two
Component Fully Elastic Sliding Insulation” application.
Used tools should be washed with water before drying up.
