USING FENIX PREMIUM FLEX:

In ceramic, granite ceramic, marble, granite and similar coating materials; It is used for laying walls and floors indoors and outdoors.
•It can’t be applied on metal surfaces.
•Outdoor; Higher than 6m for ceramics up to 2000 cm2,Ceramics between 2000cm2 and 3600cm2 are not applied higher than 3m.
• It can be used up to 4 hours.
• It can be worked up to 25 minutes.
• It can be retouched in 20 minutes.
• Joint can be applied after 24 hours (walls and floors).
• Area can be open for traffic after 24 hours. 1 week for areas effected by heavy traffic.
• Applying thickness: Around 3-10 mm thickness. (Single- or double-sided bounding)
• While application, surface and environment temperature must be between +5 °C and +35°C.
• It must not to be applied to surfaces that are frozen, melting or frost hazard in 24 hours.
• It must not to be applied under direct sunlight, strong wind and hot surfaces.
• Care should be taken not to form a film on the surface during the application, and if a film is formed, that part should be combed again.
Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable. Thin plaster that thicker than 3mm should be cleaned completely via excavation.Multi porous surfaces should be wetted and waited until the water layer is gone so that the surface remains moist.
Important deformities or holes on surface should be fixed at least 24 hours ago with Fenix Repairing Mortar before Fenix Premium Flex application.
Local repairs under 7mm can be repaired with Fenix Premium Flex.
•Approximately 7.00-8.50 liters of water and 25 kg of Fenix Premium Flex should be mixed thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer or trowel so that there are no lumps.
• After 5 minutes of resting, Fenix Premium Flex should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes before use.
• Mortar should be applied on surface and its thickness should be adjusted with toothed steel trowel. Size of the tooth of trowel should be defined by the size of ceramic and smoothness of application area.
• In order for the spaces to confirm, they must first be crossed out.
• White Fenix Premium Flex should be used for the flooring of light colored ceramics and similar coatings.
• Absolutely no foreign materials should be added.
• All tools used after the application should be washed with water before drying.
