• It can be used up to 3 hours.
• Application thickness: 4 mm.
• Layer thickness that can be applied: 2 mm maximum .
• Waiting duration between layers: 3-4 hours.
• Waiting duration after applying the last layer of Fenix Styrofoam Plaster: 7 days minimum.
• Insulation plate needs to be durable, dry, and well adhered to the underlying surface.
• Gaps between plates should be filled with the same insulation material or foam depending on gap’s width.Any deformation should be cleaned to decrease consumption of Fenix Styrofoam Plaster.
• Surface and Environment temperature: between +5 °C and +30 °C.
• It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours, frozen and melting
• It should not be applied under hot weather conditions, areas that under direct sunlight or hot surfaces.
Dilatation joints should never be closed with Fenix Styrofoam Plaster, these sections

Approximately 6,5 liters of water and 25 kg of Fenix Styrofoam Plaster should be mixed thoroughly, preferably with a low-speed mixer or trowel so that there are no lumps.
Prepared mortar should be rested for 10 minutes before use.
Fenix Styrofoam Plaster should be applied on surface with toothed steel trowel.
Reinforcement mesh should be tightened and compressed from top to bottom on insulation plate and should be placed equally to surface without folding before Fenix Styrofoam Plaster drying up.
In order to prevent cracks, the reinforcement mesh should be applied by overlapping 10 cm at the joints.
When on edges, joists, windows and doors reinforcement mesh should be turned at least 20 cm.
Second layer application should be done after 3-4 hours. Before application surface should be humidified again. It should be ready to surface and outdoor coating after application.
Identified durations are valid in 20 °C floor or environment temperatures, in low temperatures duration will be longer, in high temperatures duration will be shorter.
