• - Fenix Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar should be spread properly and smoothly with a trowel. It should be applied in the same thickness by combing with a 10x10 mm comb.
• While knitting, vertical and horizontal joint gaps should be adjusted for 3mm spaces maximum. And joint gaps must be filled with Fenix Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar.

• Product should be used in its pot life after its mixed. While application, products that are out of its pot life should not be used.
• It should not be added foreign matters in prepared mortar like lime, cement and plasterwork.
• It should not be added extra water to admixture.
• It should not be applied to unstable surfaces. Stability and bearing of old surfaces should be checked before application.
• While applying, surface must keep air tight and any water contact must be avoided.
• It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours, frozen and melting.
• In hot weather conditions, materials should not be kept under direct sunlight and admixture should be made with cold water
• It should not be applied in strong winds or areas that under direct sunlight, if application must start under these circumstances, first environment and surface should be prepared.
• It should not be applied under rainy weather, application surface must keep safe from rain for 24 hours.

• Surface needs to be cleaned of materials that are anti-adhesive such as dust and oil. Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable.
Before laying walls with building elements such as aerated concrete and brick, the ground should be checked,and the surface should be leveled if there are any defects.
While applying environment and surface temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C.

Approximately 6 liters of water and 25 kg of Fenix Aerated Concrete Adhesive should be mixed thoroughly preferably with a low-speed mixer or trowel so that there are no lumps.
Mortar should be rested for 10 minutes before application. Prepared mortar is applied to the horizontal and vertical surfaces with a comb.
Thickness of joints must be 3mm maximum. Placed gas concrete block should be rammed from top and sides. Belirtilen süreler 20 °C yüzey ve ortam sıcaklığında geçerlidir, düşük ısıda süre uzar, yüksek ısıda süre kısalır.
Identified durations are valid in 20 °C floor or environment temperatures, in low temperatures duration will be longer, in high temperatures duration will be shorter.
Mix Proportion It should be mixed with 24-26% water by weight.
