• Ceiling;
• Scratchwork applied.ş
• It is convenient for hand and machine applications..
• Equal thickness should be applied to the surfaces with a steel trowel.
• Application thickness should be between 2 mm – 7mm .
• Surface smoothing should be done with smoothing trowel and needs to be ready for coloring or another coating material.
• Surface needs to be cleaned of materials that are anti-adhesive such as dust and oil. Surface needs to be dry, clean, and durable.
• Application surface should be moisturized if necessary.
• Surface defects that are deeper than 1cm needs to be fixed with Fenix Reparing Mortar 6-8 hours before application.
• After surface cleaning, it should be primed with Fenix Gross Concrete Primer as a single layer in order to increase the adhesion strength and balance the surface absorbency and leave to dry for 1-2 hours.
• Before starting the application on gas concrete surfaces, the surface should be primed with Fenix Isolated Lacquer 1/7 Primer for decreasing water absorption.
• Before starting the application on exposed concrete surfaces, the surface should be primed with Fenix Exposed Concrete Primer as a single layer and left to dry for a minimum of 3 hours.
• Plaster should be humidified periodically for 7 days long after application for increasing the strength of plaster.
• It can be used Fenix Binder 100 Latex for better results and high efficiency.
• Product should be used in its pot life after its mixed. While application, products that are out of its pot life should not be used.
• It should not be added foreign matters in prepared mortar like lime, cement and plasterwork.
• It should not be added extra water to admixture.
• It should not be applied to unstable surfaces. Stability and bearing of old surfaces should be checked before application
• While applying, surface must keep air tight and any water contact must be avoided.
• It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours, frozen and melting.
• In hot weather conditions, materials should not be kept under direct sunlight and admixture should be made with cold water.
• It should not be applied in strong winds or areas that under direct sunlight, if application must start under these circumstances, first environment and surface should be prepared.
• It should not be applied under rainy weather, application surface must kept safe from rain for 24 hours.
Surface and Environment Temperature
• While applying environment and surface temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C
Mix Proportion
It should be mixed with 23-25% water by weight. (For packages of 25kg equals to 5,75-6,25 liters of water)
Mixing Equipment
