Shelf Life	12 months from production date in dry areas and vented places. It should be kept tightly if not in use. The mouth of the containers should be tightly closed when not in use.

Fenix isolated lacquer primer is used as an adherence enhancer and waterproofing primer on dusting and absorbent surfaces such as porous concrete
lime plasters, calcareous fiber plates, cement-based plates and gypsum-based surfaces where waterproofing or paint application is planned.

• Drying up duration is between 6 – 24 hours.

The surface should be cleaned of chalky paints, blistered and flaking whitewash, unstable loose parts and dust.
Uneven surfaces should be smoothed with special repair mortars and putties.
Low adherence zones should be checked with hammer.
Weak parts should be ripped of from the surface.

Environment temperature: between +5 °C and +30 °C It should not be applied under hot or moist weather conditions
It should not be applied to surfaces that under frost hazard within 24 hours, frozen and melting.

Fenix Isolated Lacquer primer should be stirred up until it gets homogeneous without thinning. It should be applied as single coating with lambskin roller, brush or a sprinkling device.
On high absorptive surfaces it may be needed a second coating. Fenix Isolated Lacquer primer decreases the absorption of its applied surface.
It should be waited approximately 1-3 hours before another water isolation or last coating paint application.
On moisturized weathers drying duration will be longer.
After all applications tools must be cleansed with thinner.
Identified durations are valid in 20 °C floor or environment temperatures, in low temperatures duration will be longer, in high temperatures duration will be shorter.
